You will find us on Willis Way near Civic Square and help promote Active Transportation Waterloo!!!

Jump on The Luxe Bus for a free ride between Kitchener and Waterloo! Sit back, relax, and listen to some live music while you're transported between the Summer Lights Festival Hubs! Brought to you by CHC Student Housing, the owners of Waterloo's premier student housing buildings, Luxe I & II. Bus leaves Civic Polis (at King and College in Kitchener) and Square 2.0 (King at Willis Way in Waterloo) every half an hour starting at 8:30pm. Last pick-up is at 1:30am. *Last bus leaving for Art Parc/KWAG departs at 12:30am.
Stops include:
- Civic Polis (King and College)
- Art Parc (KWAG)
- Le Village (Princess at Regina)
- Corners (Erb and Carolyn)
- Square 2.0 (King at Willis Way)

You can bring your bike or borrow one of ours for FREE. Led by Bruce Hawkings, together everyone will explore The Summer Lights Festival, hop on/ hop off and check out all the cool happenings. All rides start at Willis Way-Active Transportation-City of Waterloo Headquarters.

Solstice in the Sky
Come together to celebrate the start of summer under the stars with a lineup of Tri-City music legends and local artists on the roof of the UpTown Parkade. Solstice in the Sky will feature audio and visual art installations in a lounge atmosphere. Reconnect with friends from the past & make new ones. Enjoy local art. Watch music be created live with synths and sound equipment. Enjoy the beautiful view. Lots of black light! We celebrate rain or shine (we'll move down a level). This is an alcohol-free, family friendly event.
